Refund Policy
At GrowUp, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict refund policy in place to ensure fairness for all parties involved.
No Refunds on Completed Orders:
Once an order has been successfully processed and followers have been delivered, refunds will not be issued.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only considered if the order was not delivered due to an error on our part.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Non-Eligibility for Refunds:
Orders placed by mistake or with incorrect account details are not eligible for refunds.
If a user violates Instagram’s terms of service, resulting in the loss of followers, GrowUp cannot be held liable, and refunds will not be issued.
Resolution for Technical Issues:
In case of technical issues or delayed deliveries, our team will work promptly to resolve the problem. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved within 14 business days.
Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please email growupofficialteam@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of GrowUp’s management team.
